Last Minute Christmas Shopping Online

Well, I think it’s safe to say that we are getting into last minute Christmas shopping. Over 40% of shoppers will be doing their last minute Christmas shopping online!

Every year more and more people look online for their Christmas shopping needs. It certainly is nice not to have to go out and face the traffic and the crowds.

It is easier to browse through a wider variety of goods and to find the best deal. Sites like my North Pole Christmas Store and my Squidoo lens, Popular Gifts For Christmas, can give you a good overview of what’s out there, where to get the best deal and where to get more information, product reviews, etc.

Christmas shopping

So, there is really no need to get stressed out by the hustle and bustle on the road and in stores, or by having to visit 100 stores to find just the right gift. You don’t even need to leave the house!

And with “next day shipping’ you still have some time to shop online before Christmas. Even with shipping charges (although in many cases you can find “free shipping” deals) what you save by finding better deals online often more than makes up for your shipping charge.

Electronic Gadgets And Mini Laptops Make Fun Christmas Gifts!

Most people enjoy receiving fun Christmas gifts like electronic gadgets (such as the Kindle or an iPod, televisions and mini laptop computers. I know I would be thrilled to get any of those things even if it hadn’t been on my Christmas list!

I think that the fun in these gifts comes from the fact that they are extremely entertaining and are often things you might not get for yourself. Any one of the above gifts will provide hours and hours of entertainment, not to mention that they are also very useful items.

Which one of these gifts is best depends on the recipient. If there is a reader in your life, even though they would LOVE the Amazon Kindle, they might also enjoy an iPod. If you get the Nano or the Touch you can read downloadable books on them…not to mention watch movies and t.v. shows, listen to music, play games and listen to your favorite music….and in the case of the iPod Touch you can also connect to the internet anywhere a wi-fi network is available!

So…if you want to put some “fun” into someone’s life this Christmas you might consider giving them one of these entertaining and useful Christmas gifts!

“Popular Gifts For Christmas” On Squidoo Is Finished

I’ve been so busy the last couple of days I haven’t had a chance to blog! My Squidoo lens, “Popular Gifts For Christmas” is finished….I may add a bit here and there but it is pretty well set!

If you get a chance to pop over and check it out let me know what you think. It’s the first one I’ve done. I had one outsourced for my husband a couple of months ago. It was done by Tiffany Dow If you want to her to make one for you you can check out She does an outstanding job.

But I wanted to try my hand at it so I did this one myself. It really was a lot of fun. I already know I’ll do another one sometime soon! Squidoo makes it easy to create a lens—even for a “newbie” like me.

Hopefully this lens will do what I intended which is help people get gift ideas and make Christmas shopping a little bit easier. I know I’ve learned a lot while researching and using the products. Of course the downside is you can’t have everything….and now that I know how awesome some of these items are I want them for myself!!!…..and also to give as gifts of course…LOL!

I hope your Christmas shopping is going well!…
